Abstract
Part of the UN Ocean Decade, this project aims to raise public awareness to bridge the gap between humanity and nature, fostering more sustainable habits. The central objective was to create inclusive content in accessible language, resulting in an artistic eco-pedagogical video and a free e-book designed for both the general public and educators as supportive teaching materials. These tools are intended to facilitate dialogue on complex environmental issues and Ocean Literacy, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of cross-cutting educational themes. The initiative is fully aligned with the UN 2030 Agenda and SDGs 4, 12, 13, and 14. The methodology was rooted in Aesthetic Environmental Education and Ocean Literacy, focusing specifically on the coral reefs of Sergipe and their conservation challenges. Ultimately, the project serves as a platform for scientific dissemination, translating technical knowledge into a popular, plural, and diverse format to strengthen environmental consciousness.
O presente projeto busca compreender, como sensibilizar a sociedade em geral para diminuir o fosso nessa relação homem-natureza, de modo a suscitar hábitos mais salutares buscando a tão almejada Sustentabilidade. O Objetivo geral foi a criação de conteúdo inclusivo em linguagem popular através da produção de um vídeo ecopedagógico artístico e de um e-book disponível gratuitamente à sociedade em geral, e a educadores formais e não-formais como material de apoio aos mesmos.
